OnePeople HR runs a Mentoring Program aimed specifically at Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. The Mentoring Program opens up opportunities for the participant through the development of a career plan that helps the individual to grow both personally and professionally. The program also includes tailored training to assist with skills and knowledge development, so that participants can become role models for others.
