Many agencies focus on securing permanent full time roles for Indigenous Australians' due to funding requirements. However, we are different and our approach makes it easier for both the employer and the employee to make an employment decision.

We provide, through our contract services, an opportunity for both parties to determine their fit with each other.

This removes the concerns of making an early long term employment decision which could prove costly for both parties.

We combine this opportunity with an extensive screening process to ensure the relationship commences on the right foot.
 

On hire casual

Our approach is to initially supply staff on an ongoing casual basis, rather than direct permanent placement, giving both your organisation and the employee the opportunity to transition gradually toward a permanent committment.
